Best Team Tax Consulting Group is currently working with Paul Jalandoni, CPA | Assurance Manager with WSRP to take Novea, Inc. public within the next few months. Novea, Inc. is a fintech company that formed, owns, and operates Jacana Warranty and Jacana Insurance, warranties while PC163 Jacana Insurance is the licensed insurer of those warranties. PC163 Jacana Insurance is responsible for 100% subsidiaries. Jacana Warranty is the market face of Novea that provides consumer product issuing, insuring, and managing the warranties for Novea’s business, including servicing the warranties. Suzanne Werden PhD, owner of Best Team Tax Consulting Group has prepared the financial reports including cash flow for the CPA firm to review and approve for posting on the SEC. This will be the second year of posting on the SEC site – a process required to become a publicly traded organization. Novea plans on going public this year after many years of guidance and consulting with Best Team Tax Consulting Group and Suzanne Werden in alignment with WSRP.
